Initial Assessment $150

Follow Up Treatment $110

  • Initial Consultation
Your practitioner will begin by discussing your health history, current concerns, and overall wellness goals. This may include questions about sleep, digestion, stress, and lifestyle to get a full picture of your health.

  • Assessment and Treatment Plan
Based on your consultation, a personalized treatment plan will be created. This focuses on restoring balance in the body and addressing the root cause of your symptoms.

  • Acupuncture Treatment
Very fine, sterile needles are gently inserted into specific points on the body. Most people feel little to no discomfort, and many find the experience deeply relaxing. The needles are typically left in place for 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Relaxation and Response
During the treatment, you may feel a sense of calm, warmth, or mild tingling. Many patients use this time to fully relax while the body responds to the treatment.

  • Ongoing Care and Guidance
Your practitioner may recommend follow-up treatments and provide guidance on lifestyle, movement, or self-care to support your results and overall well-being.
