Dr. Caitlin is not just a chiropractor; she's a pillar of support for families in the Foothills community. As the proud owner of Hillside Health & Movement Centre, she has dedicated over a decade to serving her community since graduating cum laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2012. With a passion for enhancing the well-being of families, Dr. Caitlin has a special focus in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care, holding membership in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and certification in the Webster technique.
At her clinic, Dr. Caitlin goes beyond for her patients; she provides holistic care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. From helping expecting mothers prepare for the arrival of a little one to supporting newborns and young children in their growth, motor development and mobility, Dr. Caitlin's expertise brings comfort and relief to rural families navigating the journey of parenthood.

Sarah Maetche
Sarah's journey in the healthcare field began with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, where her passion for helping people flourished. Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful impact, she pursued further education and earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alberta. Committed to excellence, Sarah continually seeks to expand her knowledge through ongoing education, including obtaining advanced levels of certification in Functional Dry Needling.
With a diverse range of interests spanning musculoskeletal conditions, neurological rehabilitation, pediatric care, and management of long-term conditions, Sarah has found her calling in private practice. She is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, helping them overcome challenges and achieve meaningful goals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She cherishes outdoor adventures, indulges her passion for photography, and treasures moments spent with family and friends. PROVISIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Jack McArdle
Having moved to Okotoks in 2009, Jack has considered the foothills his home for more than 15 years. He is grateful for the opportunity to give back to a town that has shaped so much of his life.
Jack completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan before earning his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. His academic background, combined with over 15 years of experience as an elite hockey player, has shaped his interest in sport-related injuries, performance, and long-term physical resilience.
Jack’s treatment approach blends manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and clear patient education. He believes that movement is medicine and is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies. His goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their health and improve their overall healthspan through sustainable exercise and lifestyle habits.
Outside of practice, Jack has remained closely connected to the hockey community through officiating and has refereed over 600 elite-level and youth hockey games. Outside the clinic and the rink, he enjoys staying active in as many ways as possible. His current activities include running, tennis, skiing, hiking, golf, and weightlifting. Since finishing competitive hockey, he has completed multiple half marathons and one full marathon, and he continues to pursue new challenges that keep him moving.
Registered Acupuncturist
Lauren Feetham
Lauren grew up in a small town in Nova Scotia and has always been drawn to a more natural, holistic way of living. After completing her Bachelor of Science at Dalhousie University’s Agricultural Campus, she continued her studies at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she earned her Diploma in Acupuncture. She ran her own practice in Nova Scotia for 6 years.
As a Registered Acupuncturist, Lauren offers Acupuncture, Fire Cupping, Gua Sha, and other Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities. She is also a certified Yoga teacher and is passionate about helping others cultivate balance and well-being in all aspects of life.
Lauren believes that everyone deserves access to a healthier lifestyle. Her approach focuses on treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—through personalized treatment plans designed to restore harmony and vitality. With a deep love of learning and curiosity about the body’s natural ability to heal, she strives to guide each patient toward a greater sense of abundance—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Outside of her practice, Lauren enjoys horseback riding, hiking, spending time with her animals and family, writing, and curling up with a good book and a cup of tea.

Tara Arkes
Tara is a Registered Psychologist who believes counselling should feel welcoming, approachable, and uncomplicated. She creates a space where people feel comfortable being themselves while receiving meaningful support on their journey toward healing.
With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare system and not-for-profit settings, Tara integrates practical, evidence-based strategies designed to support lasting growth beyond the therapy room. She believes that understanding the “why” behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can be a powerful part of the healing process. By helping clients make sense of their experiences, she combines insight with actionable tools that support meaningful, sustainable change. Tara is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
Tara supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood and behavioural concerns, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, substance use disorders, and personal growth.

Maryanne Gaulin
Maryanne is a registered psychologist who takes a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation. She specializes in trauma therapy, utilizing techniques such as EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic regulation. In addition to trauma, she supports clients dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, work-related stress, addictions, eating disorders, and grief.
As a certified yoga instructor with 600 hours of training in yoga nidra, kundalini, and ashtanga, Maryanne offers both group and individual sessions. Her practices incorporate kundalini yoga, breath work, meditation, and movement, creating a comprehensive experience for her clients on their wellness journeys.
Jordanna Robinson
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Jordanna is a graduate of M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary, AB. Her specific area of interest is enhancing biomechanical functioning in athletes. Her mission is to help you to help yourself along your journey to reach your goals. By employing a custom individualized client centered approach to each treatment, each client’s unique needs are addressed. Elevating their sense of wellbeing and assisting them on their wellness journey. In her spare time Jordanna enjoys various activities such as training horses, teaching Ponyclub, distance running and hiking or playing sports with her two boys.
Kristina Van Keer
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Kristina Van Keer is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated top of her class from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2011. With a strong background in traditional Swedish massage, therapeutic, and deep tissue techniques, she has built a reputation for excellence.
Over the years, Kristina has focused her continuing education on working with children, mastering fascial manipulation with RAPID neurofascial reset, and providing effective pain relief for those with chronic conditions. Recently, she has also developed a deep passion for supporting clients with mental health challenges. Kristina is committed to building strong connections with her clients and tailoring each treatment to their unique needs.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys tending to her urban farm, painting, crocheting, and spending quality time with her family.

Taiya MacLean
Taiya is the welcoming face you see when you walk into the clinic, but behind the smiles, she’s keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. After a year at Mount Royal University studying a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she decided to gain hands-on experience in healthcare before choosing her next path. She loves helping people as much as she can while exploring her future direction. Spoiler alert, she will be returning to Mount Royal to start her studies in Psychology.
KINESIOLOGIST
Taryn Hiebert
Meet Taryn, a university-trained Kinesiologist with a strong foundation in biomechanics, anatomy, and exercise physiology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology alongside a Bachelor of Management, allowing her to combine evidence-based movement science with strong communication and leadership skills.
Taryn has experience working in multidisciplinary clinical settings, supporting injury rehabilitation, chronic condition management, and functional movement improvement. Her background in research, coaching, and clinical practice allows her to connect movement science with real-world application, while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
Taryn plans to pursue further education in Occupational Therapy and has a particular interest in pediatric and neurological care. She is motivated by opportunities to support individuals and families through meaningful, functional goals and values lifelong learning as a way to continually improve patient outcomes.
