Initial Assessment $95

Adjustment $55

  • Initial Assessment
Your chiropractor will start by discussing your health history, current concerns, and any symptoms you’re experiencing. They may also perform a physical assessment, including checking your posture, range of motion, and spinal alignment.

  • Personalized Plan
Based on the assessment, your chiropractor will explain the areas that need attention and outline a treatment plan tailored to your needs. They’ll also answer any questions you have so you feel confident and informed.

  • The Adjustment
During the adjustment, your chiropractor uses gentle, precise movements to realign your spine or joints. You may hear a popping or cracking sound, which is normal and simply the release of gas from your joints. Most adjustments are quick, comfortable, and highly targeted.

  • Immediate Feedback
Many patients notice relief, improved mobility, or a sense of lightness right after an adjustment. Your chiropractor may give tips on posture, stretching, or exercises to support your ongoing care.

  • Follow-Up
Depending on your needs, your chiropractor will discuss follow-up sessions to help maintain alignment, prevent future discomfort, and optimize your overall wellness.
