Sarah Maetche
Sarah's healthcare journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, where her passion for helping people grew. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and continues to expand her knowledge with advanced certifications, including Functional Dry Needling.
With expertise spanning musculoskeletal conditions, neurological rehabilitation, pediatric care, and chronic condition management, Sarah is dedicated to providing personalized care that helps patients overcome challenges and reach their goals.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys outdoor adventures, photography, and spending time with family and friends. With a warm and compassionate approach, she looks forward to helping patients recover, manage conditions, and optimize their overall health and well-being.
Jack McArdle
PROVISIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Having called Okotoks home since 2009, Jack is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has shaped his life.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Combined with over 15 years as an elite hockey player, his experience has shaped his focus on sport-related injuries, performance, and long-term physical resilience.
Jack’s approach blends manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and clear patient education. He believes movement is medicine and is passionate about helping clients regain confidence in their bodies while promoting sustainable exercise and lifestyle habits.
Outside the clinic, Jack stays active through running, tennis, skiing, hiking, golf, and weightlifting. He remains connected to hockey as a referee, having officiated over 600 elite-level and youth games, and continues to challenge himself with new athletic pursuits.
